CETATE ARTS DANUBE ARTISTS-IN-RESIDENCE, EIGHT EDITION

Joana Grevers Foundation has the pleasure of announcing the eight edition of
Cetate Arts Danube Artists-in-Residence starting 05th to 23rd of August 2015 at
Barbu Druga Mansion in Cetate, Dolj county, southern Romania.
Unlike ever before, this edition is entirely dedicated to Sculpture and features four artists: three Romanian artists from different generations: Stefan Radu Cretu ( Sibiu),
Cristian Raduta ( Bucharest) and Napoleon Tiron (Bucharest). And, as every year, the residency has an invited artist from abroad : the sculptor Simon Iurino from Vienna, former student of professor Heimo Zobernig.

Another premiere this year is the support of AFCN. For the first time since 2008 the annual residency organised by the Joana Grevers Foundation receives financial support from the Administration of the National Cultural Heritage

CETATE ARTS DANUBE ARTISTI IN REZIDENTA, EDITIA A VIII-A
Fundatia Joana Grevers are placerea sa anunte desfasurarea celei de-a opta editii a programului de rezidenta Cetate Arts Danube in perioada 05 august – 23 august 2015, la Conacul Barbu Druga de la Cetate, judetul Dolj, Romania.
In premiera, workshopul de anul acesta este dedicat in intregime Sculpturii si are ca invitati patru artisti; trei sculptori romani din generatii diferite: : Stefan Radu Cretu
( Sibiu), Cristian Raduta ( Bucuresti) si Napoleon Tiron ( Bucuresti). Si, ca in fiecare an, rezidenta are un invitat international: sculptorul Simon Iurino, din Viena, fost student al profesorului Heimo Zobernig.
